Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services and memberships of Golf Impact and Greenpecks, the Golf Impact community.

1. Introduction

Golf Impact and Greenpecks together form a platform for golfers who want to learn, share, and connect. By registering as a member, you agree to these terms and conditions, our privacy statement, and the Greenpecks Community Code . These terms and conditions are intended to provide clarity about the use of our services and how we interact within the community.

2. Definitions

• Golf Impact: Trade name of Identity Matching Academy BV, provider of digital golf services, training and competitions.
• Greenpecks: The online community of Golf Impact where members can share messages, groups and interactions via their own social media platform.
• Member: Any natural person or legal entity with a registered profile via Golf Impact or Greenpecks.
• PAR Member: Free membership with access to the basic features of Greenpecks.
• EAGLE Member: Paid membership with access to additional features, such as Academy content and competitions.
• Commercial Member: Golf courses, professionals or brands with a business profile and their own page or group within Greenpecks.
• Community Code: The code of conduct that applies to all members within Greenpecks.

3. Services

Golf Impact offers digital services, including training, competitions, events, and reporting. Golf Impact also offers an online community through Greenpecks where members can share knowledge and experiences. Use of Greenpecks is subject to the Greenpecks Community Code.

4. Membership and Accounts

1. Registration is required to use Golf Impact's services and the Greenpecks platform.
2. Only natural persons and legal entities with a valid registration with the Chamber of Commerce can register as a member.
3. Golf Impact does not accept pseudonyms, aliases, or shadow accounts. Each account must correspond to a recognizable identity.
4. Members are responsible for the careful use of their account and for the accuracy of their information.
5. Golf Impact reserves the right to refuse, block, or delete an account in case of doubt about identity, misuse, or violation of the Greenpecks Community Code or these terms and conditions.

5. Conduct and use of the community

Additional rules of conduct apply within Greenpecks, as laid out in the Greenpecks Community Code↓ . Members may not post commercial offers, advertisements, or direct recruitment activities. Golf courses, golf professionals, and brands can participate through a commercial membership. The Clubhouse Crew and Marshals ensure that conversations are respectful and in line with community values.

6. Prices and payments

Memberships and services can be paid for monthly or annually through the Golf Impact payment portal. All amounts include VAT, unless otherwise stated. In the event of late payment, Golf Impact reserves the right to temporarily suspend services. Upon cancellation, membership ends at the end of the paid period.

7. Liability

Golf Impact and Greenpecks strive for a safe and reliable environment. Use of the platform and participation in communities, competitions, or trips is at your own risk. Golf Impact is not liable for damages resulting from the behavior of other members, incorrect data, or technical malfunctions, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

8. Intellectual property

All content, designs, texts, and images from Golf Impact and Greenpecks are the property of Identity Matching Academy BV. Members retain copyright on their contributions but grant Golf Impact the right to display them within the platform. Publication outside of Greenpecks is only permitted with the member's permission.

9. Privacy

Golf Impact processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Privacy Statement explains how we handle personal data and what rights members have.

10. Termination

Members can terminate their membership with one month's notice. In the event of serious or repeated violations of the Community Code or these terms and conditions, Golf Impact may terminate membership without refund of membership fees or paid amounts. After termination, access to the platform will be lost, and personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the privacy statement.

11. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.

12. Final provision

These terms and conditions, along with the Greenpecks Community Code and the Privacy Statement, form the basis for participation in Golf Impact and Greenpecks. The most recent version of these terms and conditions is always available at golfimpact.nl/terms.
