Golf Impact is the responsible person for the processing of your personal data.

1. General

1.1. Golf Impact is a product/service of Identity Matching Academy BV.

1.2. These general terms and conditions apply to all services, products and agreements between Golf Impact and its customers/users, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3. By using our services and products, the customer/user accepts these general terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

• Service provider : Golf Impact.

• Customer/user : the natural person or legal person who uses the services and/or products from Golf Impact.

• Services : all products and services that Golf Impact offers, including but not limited to digital golf training, competition management and reports.

3. Services

3.1. Golf Impact offers digital tools for golf training, competition management and progress reports.

3.2. The use of the services takes place at the customer/user's own risk. Golf Impact is not liable for errors or inaccuracies in data entered by users.

3.3. Golf Impact reserves the right to adjust or stop services at any time.

4. Accounts and access

4.1. Registration is required to access certain services.

4.2. The customer/user is responsible for keeping login data confidential and the use of the account.

4.3. Golf Impact can suspend or terminate an account in the event of abuse or violation of these conditions.

5. Prices and payments

5.1. All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

5.2. Payments must be made within 14 days after the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5.3. In the event of late payment, Golf Impact reserves the right to suspend the service until the payment obligation has been met.

6. Liability

6.1. Golf Impact is not liable for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the services, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

6.2. Golf Impact is not responsible for data loss or other damage as a result of technical problems.

7. Intellectual property rights

7.1. All intellectual property rights with regard to the services and products of Golf Impact remain the property of Golf Impact.

7.2. Customers/users are not allowed to copy, change, distribute or reuse material without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

8.1. Golf Impact processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).

8.2. For more information about how Golf Impact handles personal data, we refer to our privacy statement .

9. Termination

9.1. Both parties can cancel the agreement with a notice period of one month after the first year has expired, unless agreed otherwise.

9.2. Upon termination of the agreement, payment obligations of the customer/user will continue to exist for services already delivered.

10. Applicable law and disputes

10.1. Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.

10.2. Disputes are only submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

11. Changes

11.1. Golf Impact reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions.

11.2. Customers/users are informed at least 30 days prior to changes.
